The building was designed and commissioned by Lanškroun builder Richard Kreisl for the needs of the former district council. The building has a beautifully ornate bay window, distinct window and door jambs, small stone-cut motifs on the facade. Two large display cases and three entrances prove that the ground floor of the building once served as shops.
