The building was built based on the design of Prague architect Karel Můchla, by Lanškroun builder Andreas Seifert on the site of the former inn U Medvěda (At the Bear's". In 2003, the building was reconstructed and now serves as one of the four buildings of the Lanškroun Municiple Office.
