An interesting building structure, perhaps known to elder citizens as the lodge in Kypuš. However, its original intent was different. The local professor Otto Piffl (1866-1926), leading Austrian expert in the field of ear, nose and throat diseases, had it built as a recreational residence. The villa was built according to the design of the Prague, German architect Friedrich Kicka (1867-1945).
